When you vibrate at a higher frequency you not only feel great and have a lot of energy, you also increase your connection to source. The things that we attract into our lives are a result of the vibrational frequency that we offer. The good news is that there are many ways to increase your energy and vibration.


Here are 17 Ways to increase your Energy and Vibration

 

 

  1. Pay attention to how your feeling and the thoughts you are thinking
  2. Eat more natural chemical free foods
  3. Be optimistic, try to see the good side of things
  4. Exercise
  5. Mediate
  6. Spend some time in nature
  7. Be mindful of who you surround yourself with. Do they empower you or drain you?
  8. Drink more water!
  9. Help someone/ Do something kind for someone
  10. Keep a gratitude journal
  11. Visualization ( Make a vision board, visualize what you want as if it were already here)
  12. Spend time around pets
  13. Work on forgiving others
  14. Laugh more
  15. Listen to music that moves your soul
  16. Spend time with children
  17. Lighten up and have fun!

When you are trying to increase your energy and vibration you want to focus on all 3 aspects of your health, mental, physical, and spiritual. Here are some tips to boost your energy levels.

  • Maintaining an environment that is organized and clean

  • Getting a good night's sleep

  • Doing things at your own pace, avoid feeling overwhelmed

There are also things that drain our energy. It is important to avoid things that lower our vibrational frequency because over time it can be harder to change when these things becomes a habit.

  10. Excess EMF- electromagnetic frequencies

Mental energy drains


  1. Too much television
  2. High exposure to negative news on the tv, radio, etc
  3. Being around negative and demanding people
  4. Worrying a lot
  5. Conflicts left unresolved
  6. Projects you haven't finished
  7. Feeling financially unstable, worrying about money
  8. Negative self talk/ Not feeling worthy

Simply being aware of these things can help you shift to a higher frequency. Be kinder to yourself and try to focus on things that make you feel good. A little positive momentum along with implementing some of the tips I mentioned above can go a long way in increasing your energy and vibrational frequency.
